Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Workern - Leads AI service ("Service"), provided by Uroboros Coders Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Workern - Leads AI is a lead generation tool that uses AI to find targeted Reddit leads based on user prompts.

3. Subscriptions and Refunds

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

A refund for your first subscription purchase is allowed if requested within seven (7) days of the initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team.

Except for the initial 7-day period for first-time purchases, all other refund requests will not be entertained. All payments are non-refundable after this initial period.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Uroboros Coders Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
